Air switch transmitter is a sealed membrane. Top is removable so you could pull it off and clean it if necessary.

You do not have to hold it down for it to work. One push will activate it and another will turn it off.

Yes it will. It will work with any plug-in appliance.

Yes. Listed under E159252. Northstar Décor Part Number is NDAS-1 (for Single Outlet) and NDAS-2 (for Dual Outlet.)

The recommended hole size is 1 3/8”. You may have to force-push the button a little to send it thru. We recommended this cut size cause all our transmitters ( threaded air switch plastic body ) are the same size and we want the button transmitter to hold in position (and sturdy) once installed.

Northstar Decor will replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (as described in Terms and Warranty page ), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service.

If replacement is not practical, Northstar Decor may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

We are NOT liable for any damage to the Garbage Disposal Air Switch resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions.

Any damages or labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty.

Although every effort is made to ensure the reliability of the information contained, the information provided by us shall not constitute as a warranty, either expressed or implied with regards to the accuracy and adequacy of any information stated herein.

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your package. In the event of general returns – received the wrong product, defective item, missing parts – we will do a full refund.

First, please contact us at support@northstardecor.com to discuss your return. In some cases, we might be able to send you replacement part(s) without having to return the entire kit.

Once we confirm your return, you’ll receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization and your return shipping label within 3-5 business days.

Send in your request to support@northstardecor.com along with your order number.

There are occasions when an order is shipped from multiple locations and will arrive at different times. In the event that all material is not delivered, please email our Support Team immediately. If you believe you have received the wrong product, please verify the item number of the item(s) you received compared to you order confirmation and/or invoice. If it does not match, please call our support team so we can assist in returning the item and get the correct one sent out.
